Dark Chocolate May Lower Risk Of Cardiovascular Disease
Yes, we’ve all heard dark chocolate is good for you. Here’s another study that shows it may decrease cardiovascular disease and the study was done on women.
But the good news gets better! I jumped for joy when I read Medical News Today’s report I learned the study involved feeding women with BMI’s between 25 and 35 eight- count them eight ounces of chocolate a day. That’s a lot of chocolate!
Yes, they fed overweight and obese women lots of chocolate and it improved the ability of their brachial arteries to expand and contract.
