Americans don’t eat enough veggies.

I guess I’m not the only one! Researchers at the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health found Americans aren’t eating enough veggies. Well, I know I haven’t been.

My reason: pure laziness! I know when I’m on a diet/exercise kick, I take the time to think about preparing a salad or adding veggies to my meal, otherwise… I don’t.

  1. Congratulations on your resolve!

Increasing the intake of fruits and vegetables from one to two up to five to nine servings per day, halves the risk of cancer. Unfortunately, too many people do not take the time until it is too late!

    Good luck and best wishes!
