Well, I decided to go on a diet recently. I also came up with my own plan. We'll see if I keep the weight off. (Wish me luck.) I created the site because I wanted to share what I've learned about weight control, nutrition and exercise with you. I'm also going to share what I did with you. I'm not a nutritionist; I'm not a fitness guru. I am going to give you simple tools to evaluate your diet and exercise routine. I created them because I want to use them! I'll create more as I think of them. I'll also direct you to commercial software, equipment or other items that might help you with your diet and exercise plan. What I did may or may not work for you, but it might give you ideas you can use.
