The sky is cloudless
and the sparkling clean streets dry.
My straps will stay clean!
I don’t know about the streets and sidewalks in other cities. In the Chicago area, they are often covered with puddles, slush or dirty snow. A fabric strap underneath the sole of the boot? Hello laundry!

Scrap the strap and the lettering and add a foot and they would make great winter socks. hehehehe I really do like the colors. I just can’t abide by anything that looks like leg warmers unless you happen to be a ballerina and then well you are excused for looking like a dork. snort

I agree– the colors are nice, the fabric looks cozy. Add a foot and these would make great thick socks. If I were a dancer, yes, I’d go for these as leggings.
I’d swear at least half the laughable photos of knits are due to the ridiculous photography, not the knit item itself! Straps, under boots? NOT!
