Maybe it wasn’t the fiber content. Maybe it was the color. Remember, this is a cat. Cats will respond to the question that you should have asked, not the one that you thought you asked.

The General has never done a single load of laundry. The only tasks he ‘helps’ with are knitting and taste testing dinner.

Could you get away with skewing the test results by swapping in some Lion Brand Wool-Ease? My cats LOVE that stuff, more than any 100% acrylic or 100% wool yarn. Not sure why…

OK. That’s it. I’m going home and pulling out my 10 different colors of acrylic and doing a cat test. I’ll do a poodle test while I’m at it….

Maybe if you had mohair and acrylic in the identical colours the choice would have been the same!!!

I really like your pink sweater and the swing coat.
(Careful though, swing has a different meaning, in England.)
