Knitting Olympics Monday

TopYoke1.jpgCan you see why I’m calling this design “Olympic Circle”? That’s the top half of the yoke. The cable will sit at my shoulders.

I’ve looked at other peoples blogs. Boy, do I knit slowly! I used to blame it on stopping to write up “how to” articles; now I know I just knit slow! The fact is, I can’t prevent myself from getting up and doing something else from time to time. Load the dishwasher. Empty. Drink some wine. . .

I do hope I can finish this! Sheesh!

  1. Looking great so far! Is the sweater going to have other cabling, or just that circlet as the main feature? Can’t wait to see how it progresses.

  2. Hey you knit as fast as I do!! Although I’m afraid your a bit faster. Hey, who said this was a race anyway. Except of course, these Olympics. :) I can’t sit and knit for any long period of time either, there is always something that needs to be done! Great progress you’re making.
