You know how sometimes recipes get filed under multiple headings, well the same could be said of this lovely handknit. File under cape, cocoon and window dressing. Hmmm.. looks like she is wearing leggings, that is not good.

Those are, indeed, leggings!
The ‘80 and 90s was an era of “oversized”, but this one was truly gi-normous. Imagine how much yarn that took?

I once had the Lopi yarn for that sweater. At the time, I decided I really didn’t like Lopi as it made me itch, so I sold it all.
Which makes me wonder why I know have enough Lite Lopi to make a different sweater.
