when knitting stripes, the last stitch at the end of a row when I turn the work, jumps up into the next row; when I change colors, a little dot of the last row's color is in each of the rows. I am knitting every row (garter stitch). I am not talking about those tiny loops that show all along the row. Only the last stitch of the row when I turn the piece - after I am into the next color, I find that one stitch has climbed up into the new row. UGH! I know there is a way to prevent this! Hope someone knows how. Thanks!
