I like discovering knit-a-longs and reading how those projects are going, but I finding all the intereting ones can be difficult. Since I got so many people to help add links using the form for my “add your link” sock links page I figured I’d start a page for knit-a-longs. So, here it is!

Your pages are such a wealth of information. I can always find something new and interesting. I checked out the seminars link. So many fun classes to dream about.

when knitting stripes, the last stitch at the end of a row when I turn the work, jumps up into the next row; when I change colors, a little dot of the last row’s color is in each of the rows. I am knitting every row (garter stitch). I am not talking about those tiny loops that show all along the row. Only the last stitch of the row when I turn the piece – after I am into the next color, I find that one stitch has climbed up into the new row. UGH! I know there is a way to prevent this! Hope someone knows how. Thanks!

There is a way. It’s called “jogless stripes”. I’ve ever down it, but I think this link shows how:
