
Roast the turkey wings,
at 3 hundred 70
until golden brown.
Fill pot with water,
enough to cover turkey.
Then sim, sim, simmer!
Flour & butter,
browned together make a roux.
Pour in broth and stir.
Yes, that’s how I made
my quart of yummy gravy.
Thanksgiving is here!
