Surely, readers have been waiting with bated breath for this news item: The Holy Pierogi, or perogi, as spelled by the seller, sold for US $1,775.00.
I have not contacted the seller to ask whether they are disappointed that a pious pierogi fetches less than 10% the price of a Virgin Mary Grilled Cheese Sandwich.
The winner appears to have been “goldenpalacecasino”; WTOL reports they also bought the Virgin Mary Grilled Cheese Sandwich. No doubt, this buyer will cherish both sacred relics.

I think you need to knit it *accidentally*. Knit it, claim you were flipping a coin to decide when to alternate knit and purls, and “voila”!
