When I read this, I realized something:
To fill this need, I am announcing “The Knitting Fiend’s Cutest Cat Contest, 2005″.
If you run a knitting blog, and reside with a cat, you can nominate one cat anytime before noon July 17, 2005, Eastern Time. The rules for entering the competition are provided at the entry form page.
Some of you may be thinking: “A contest! What can I win?”
The prize will be. . . Pride in knowing your cat won! That’s it.
If you wish to enter, or know anyone who may wish to enter, visit “The Knitting Fiend’s Cutest Cat Contest, 2005: Entry Form.”. If you wish to vote, visit “The Knitting Fiend’s Cutest Cat Contest, 2005: Ballot.”
Oh. One other thing. Although he is confident he would win, Orange Puss will not be entering. After all, I’m running the contest and he might pester me to “influence” the ballot box.
But, if I were nominating Orange Puss, the article you are reading right now would explain how wonderful and beautiful he is.
