I’m trying to find a website with circular knitting patterns. I don’t know how to change them from straight back and forth patterns to circular patterns. Please help.

Hi Michelle!
You need to be a little more specific. Some types of sweaters can be knit circular, some really can’t.

I have one circular knitting program from bottom up. There are two pages, because I knit it with different choices for the neck line. Both are raglans.

Here’s one:

Husband Sweater

The other is the “Ball Game sweater”

You can knit yourself a swatch, enter your parameters click the button, and “voila”.

But, if you are trying to knit a fitted sleeve sweater, those are difficult to knit circular. Barbara Walker describes how to do it top down, and I’ve tried it. It’s actually tricky to interpret, and I’d say not worth it.

So… what sweater are you trying to convert? I might be able to give you tips!
