Hey, are you short of yarn and cash? Need to get a credit card so you don’t miss the opportunity to buy that Koigu on sale?
Well, guess what? There is a new credit card search engine you can use to at least find yourself a good deal on interest rates and annual fees– which is a good thing. You can spend your savings on yarn. The search engine is called Best Credit Cards. They have a handy search tool that lets you compare rates for a variety of card types: Visa, Master Card, Discover, Bank of America and heck some I’ve never heard of. (Avanta? HSBC? )
Now, all knitters know the best deal for anyone depends on their credit rating. Well, the web search engine is organized to help knitters (or even crocheters) with excellent credit ratings find the lowest interest rate, or frequent flyer miles or whatever features you really would like in your replacement credit card. They also have special links for those with average credit; that way you can find a decent deal from people who might not require the highest credit rating.
What if you have bad credit? Maybe because you bought too much koigu or alpaca for the last project? Well, we all know that in that case, you really shouldn’t be dashing out willy nilly getting a new card that will let you get deeper in debt. For you, the site has links to credit counseling advise to help you build your credit. Which is what you need. (A good counseling service may suggest you use up all that yarn in your stash! )
Oh, and if you don’t know your credit rating, they have links to get your credit report. Maybe you’ll have a nice surprise and discover you can get the best possible rates (and then buy more yarn. )
