The other day, I was asked to fill out a questionnaire about blogging for a university study. They asked a whole bunch of questions, but they didn’t ask the important one: “What’s your favorite thing about blogging.”
My three favorite things about writing blog are:
- Being able to show off my patterns right away. (I can show them whether or not they are good or bad, original or unoriginal or likely to make a magazine or book sell.)
- Being able to add things to the links easily. (I visited a blog yesterday, saw someone didn’t have access to average head sizes. Then, I noticed, I didn’t have my links to sizes up. They’re there now! Whoo Hoo!)
- Getting email with knitting tips and questions. (Lynn of Freddy Knits suggested knitting on I-cord from the back. I’m going to have to try that next.)
Of course, I not only like blogging, but I like visiting blogs. How else would I get to see Sonja’s stuff?

Well, aren’t you nice! Thanks! I very much like your halter - it looks good on you, but I’m afraid I can’t wear them!

Well… now I have to go back and find the fashion advice post I found. Evidently, this style flatters the flat chested!

I have knitted dishcloths - not as pretty as your design. I
favor them as they can be draped over the side of the dish
washer tray and cleaned along with the dishes. That way they
never harbor odors.

Rosemary likes to drape them over the sink too. She doesn’t have a dishwasher, so she launders them with Tshirts.
I’m obviously going to have to make more of these. I have a $$ coupon to use at Michaels. I think I better go buy some cotton and use these as a filler project between other projects.

Spam filter attack! I have now removed a word from my spam filter, because the filter was not letting Mom or me post the word “drape”, which contains the naughty word.
Fortunately, I have found a better spam filter, so I don’t forsee a sudden torrent of spam containing the dreaded “drape withouth the d” word.
