Big apple visits
are unfortunately rare.
I wear this instead.
A huge intarsia apple on your chest pattern from Filtura Crosa, circa 1989!
You know, we all love weekends in the city, visiting the museum, going to the opera. Still, I suspect very few of us are going to knit a humongo-normous apple to wear on our chest just to show our love for the Big Apple! ( I also suspect some of us did knit and wear these sorts of things in 1989. Heck, I know I did!)

Is that a worm coming out of the apple?? heh My mom knit herself a summer vest with a giant abstract flower on the front. It was kinda cool at the time. At the time.
