Afghans, pillows, scarves, pot holders. They’re all rectangles, and everyone wants to knit one. We all know we don’t need a pattern; it’s just a rectangle! But… how much yarn will we need?
My server statistics show me knitters are searching for a calculator to estimate yardage for these sorts of things. Here it is: Estimate yardage to knit a rectangle.
Of course, this calculator is based on my yardage theory.
