Remember I promised I’d tell blog readers how much I made hawking the Google pack? And I also promised if I made at least $3 hawking Google Pack, I’d post another movie? Well, unsurprisingly, no one downloaded Google Pack; I made $0 from that specific effort. (So much for making zillions by writing a knitting blog! )
In any case, my past promise does not require me to post another video. Do I hear sighs of relief? Sorry, my captive knit blog readers can’t escape that easily! I said I might post one anyway and I will!
What to post? I could post the one Pixie Purls suggested: “Blood Sweat and Wool”1; I could post the 6 minute plus animation of the woman knitting her hair. But why should I blog about well tested videos knitters are known to like like? Instead, I bring you: “Sheep are Fluffy”
Features: 4 minutes 32 seconds. Musical animation. Stuffed sheep move around a set to a sort of catchy sound track. My rating? Erhmm…. Well, I did watch the whole 4 minutes and 32 seconds. Mom: if you are reading at library and can’t play the sound, don’t bother clicking; I’m certain it’s snooze-inducing without the sound track.
Having now posted two blogs with knitting or sheep themed videos, I will stop trying to attract knitters to my blog this way. There just ain’t many absolutely hilarious ones.
1. The video Pixie recommended is funny. It starts out with a guy giving a girl friend a scarf and then illustrates how the scarf came to be made. If you haven’t seen it, click to watch it at You Tube: “Blood Sweat and Wool”
