So says the ebay seller.
I don’t believe her.
The ebay ad for this quite airy crochet cape tells us:
It takes so long to create this STUNNING DESIGN that this is the only one I have available.
It’s crocheted using a thick novelty yarn. There are lots of big, big holes. Crochet is quick.
I suspect KnittyKat could make this in one hour; it might take me two.
