A thin cotton skirt
seems suitable for summer.
Heavy knits do not.
The cable work on that poncho like object is beautiful. The heavy woolen sweater below looks cozy and warm. The tissue thin fabric in that skirt seems light as a feather.
All three together? Cognitive dissonance!

It looks like she has a half finished lapghan wrapped around her shoulders.
Double it in size and it would make a nice throw. As a wrap, it sucks. hehe

That poncho doesn’t look like it fits very well. Shouldn’t it be bigger??

I think the problem is it’s just a rectangle folded in half. Sometimes that shape works — but only if the stitch pattern is very, very open and stretchy in both directions and/or the neck is made very wide.
