They were available for $1.25 as "Leaflet 1423 for Knit Bear Winners" and "Leaflet 1424 for Crochet Bear Winners". One was to contact "Reader Mail, Dept. A689, McCall's Needlework & Craft, 6th floor 825 Seventh Ave, NY, NY 10019-6001 Unfortunately, McCall's doesn't seem to publish these magazines anymore, so I have no idea where you could get the leaflets.
