I have been fairly successful anchoring stitches so that I can rip or frog them out to that point. Any tips for setting an anchor row for patterned stitches as opposed to stockinette? That always kicks my arse. I LOVE the “Kitty-with-yarn-in-mouth” photo!

I've been tinking a lot, just to avoid getting the "wrong" orientation, wrong row or worse - what a pain if it's more than a row!!! I've had to use your trick at least 3 times just today, and it works out so much better! :) Especially since that means I don't have to tink hundreds of stitches! :) Thanks for this lesson!
