Ponchos are in style.
I asked Grandma to knit one;
I wanted fun fur.
I know what Grandma was thinking: “If she got a fun fur poncho, she’d wear it. Years later she’d bust a gut laughing at her childishly bad taste. I’ll use Lopi and protect her from future trauma.”
This pattern appeared in Reynolds volume 76.

I can’t blame Grandma for thinking so, but that poncho looks like it weighs about 30 pounds!

Lopi is very thick; that poncho does weigh a ton!
