Why do I nearly always laugh at fringe? Granted, the whole hand-knits for the rodeo makes me chuckle too.

mayhaps she is in a gang? a really really not tough looking gang that knits their own jackets? maybe they have knitted knee high moccasins with fringe on them as well? and a feathered headdress. knitted.
