Very simple knits
are often quite beautiful.
This knit is complex.
I don’t usually like to come right out and say a sweater pattern is ugly, but. . .
Anyway, what are those black things on the green background?

Those black things look like something I learned about in junior-high biology!!!!
Yes, that sweater approaches maximum ugliness!
Kind reminds me of a colorful version of a Maggie Jackson design (www.maggiknits.com). Hoo-boy, those aren’t too nice!

Oh no! That sweater is hideous! I just wanted to stop by and thank you for your great site. I am currently working on two pairs of socks using your sockulator II — it’s wonderful. Thanks again!

Hey, I thought of you recently when my Woodland Woolworks catalogue showed up–they’re having a haiku contest.
“about knitting, spinning, weaving, fiber, dyeing and felting.” Winner gets $25, 2 runner ups get $10, entries due by the 30th, winners notified by May 5th. haiku AT woolworks dotdiddleycom.
Sorry my comment totally looks like spam, but i thought, hey, you do them anyway, you might see if it nets ya some yarn.
And, yeah, that looks like a Junior GirlScout SpermSucker Honor Merit Badge Sash to me too.

I’m afraid they looked like sperm to me too. . .
I’ll look into the haiku competition! But now I need to think of one that isn’t accompanied by a photograph. That might be tough!
